Central heating and a lounge area inside the family room were handy. The beds were comfortable and the view was marvellous! It had a particularly good location right by Riad Essaoussan, Jemaa El-Fna main square and still very quiet neighborhood at night and the medina close to the place Jemaa el-Fnaa and all the souks. It also was close to the center.
The staff were aggressive, didn't expect that coming.

We have stayed in this interesting hotel for 3 nights, everything was perfect. the location was incredible really close to the Medina's centre. - the venue was just off the Kasbah, the medina close to the place Jemaa el-Fnaa and all the souks and the city center. - Being a short way from Dar Naima Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in a great location close to the main square but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water in the shower. The attention to detail is impressive, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast served on the rooftop, with stunning views of the city and mountains, is a definite highlight.
Internet is only available in the lobby and terrace.

I had an lovely trip to Medina staying at Riad Essaoussan. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the main square, making it easy to explore the area. The host, Youssef, was kind and helpful, offering great discounts on day trips and providing valuable advice on navigating Medina. The riad itself had a fantastic atmosphere, showcasing authentic Moroccan style. The rooms werenice and neat, and the breakfast, while simple, was sufficient. I highly recommend reaching out to the host in advance for airport pickup as finding the riad can be a bit challenging. But once there, you're in for a great vacation experience!

Had the pleasure of staying at a cozy hotel during Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was perfect as it was situated in the center of the city close to several tourist attractions, making sightseeing so much easier. The rooftop was a pleasant surprise and a great place to relax while enjoying a stunning view of the city.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The rooms were a bit small, and it was challenging to unpack our luggage.
